Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT)

Event Description
EFT is one of the most empirically supported
models of couple therapy. EFT offers a comprehensive theory of adult love and
attachment, as well as a process for healing distressed relationships. In this introductory workshop participants
will learn about the theoretical background, steps and stages, and
interventions of both approaches.
