Proactive Health Open House

Event Description
On behalf of Drexel Athletics and the Office of University Wellness, we would like to welcome you to an Open House at the Drexel Recreation Center. This event will serve as the 2 year anniversary celebration of the cutting-edge wellness model—Drexel Proactive Health.

2 years ago, Proactive Health was established to meet the demands of busy working professionals in and around the Drexel community, Drexel Proactive Health will provide customized strategies for individuals to enhance health and optimize performance through Exercise, Nutrition, and Therapeutic Massage.

Please join us for a day of fitness and fun while you gather information from Proactive Health's professional staff experienced in personal training, corrective exercise and massage therapy, and nutrition counseling. Free mini-massages and snacks will be provided at the event!

In addition to adding new exercise equipment, the Rec Center boasts private studio spaces that have been constructed to allow clients private one-on-one appointments with one of our specialists.
