Seminar description:
This is a brief, experiential workshop—come relax and recharge! Participants will learn three mind-body practices that calm the mind and relax the body. The evidence base of these practices draws from over three decades of published research. Resources for ongoing use of these techniques will be provided.
Educational objectives:
- Apply three mind-body practices that calm the mind, relax the body and interrupt the stress response
- Describe basic theory and research findings regarding the effectiveness of these practices
- Access online learning resources to support ongoing use of these techniques
