Stop by the Academic Bistro on Tuesday, February 10 at 1:30 pm for a preview of the chicken pot pie that celebrity chef Carla Hall will be serving at next weekend's South Beach Wine and Food Festival.
 
Students enrolled in the Restaurant Lab course will be making 100 portions of Carla's chicken pot pie to prepare for the festival.  
 
Stop by for some free food!
