Immigration issues will be presented by an attorney. International students can learn about:
  • Transitioning from OPT to H-1B
  • Issues relating to the H-1B cap
  • Understanding the “cap gap”
  • Employment-based and family-based PR categories
  • Update on political developments and immigration reform
  • How to self-petition as an “Outstanding Researcher”, “National Interest Waiver” or “Alien of Extraordinary Ability”.
Q&A will follow the presentation.
