Event Description
Students from 12 different law schools will put their deal-making skills to the test at the 2016 Mid-Atlantic Regional LawMeet. Students negotiating contracts and agreements on behalf of fictitious clients will be judged by experienced transactional attorneys from Philadelphia's leading law firms and corporations. Winners of the regional competition will advance to the national rounds, which will be held April 1 in New York.
The competition was created by Professor Karl Okamoto, director of the Business and Entrepreneurship Law Program at the Kline School of Law.
