Event Description
We often hear “what about me? I did not get a scholarship because I am in the majority!” but we do not stop to think about the reason why we have systems that help typically-oppressed populations reach the same level as the privileged. During this session, we will examine different areas of privilege and discuss the difference between individual and societal oppression.
