When Spring finally arrives, most of us sigh in relief. Flowers!
Plants! Birds! Light! Vision! Hope! No more wintry cold! This workshop will
provide an overview of how Chinese Medicine views the season of Spring and what
you can do to attune to this time of transition and to take advantage of this
time of rapid growth and development. We will do writing exercises to help us
bring a fresh perspective to any obstacles we are facing in our lives or our
work.
In honor of the concept of “Spring cleaning,” we will discuss common
household toxins and how to avoid them.
This workshop will provide fun interactive components as well as time
for questions and discussion. It is open to all faculty and professional staff.
