Event Description

This program is designed to help managers discover their own leadership values and begin to develop a vision for their work that connects to the hopes and aspirations of their team members. Participants will learn the elements of an inspiring vision and techniques for using images, language and passion to enlist others in their journey toward a better future.

This workshop counts as an elective for Supervisory Certificate Program participants.
