Confessions of a Recovering Skinhead
Start Date: 2/13/2014Start Time: 6:30 PM
End Date: 2/13/2014End Time: 8:30 PM

Event Description
At the age of 13, Philadelphia native Frank Meeink was already a skinhead. By 18 he had gained a leadership position and was a Neo-Nazi recruiter. With a history of violence and drug abuse, Frank was eventually imprisoned and forced to confront his deep-rooted racist ideology. Now, a noted speaker, author and founder of Harmony Through Hockey, Frank advocates for tolerance, diversity and mutual understanding. Frank will talk about his experiences and invite discussion with a Q&A after the presentation. This event is open to all members of the Drexel community.
