Event Description

Have you ever heard this thought cry out in your head when you’re having a conversation? If so, you’re certainly in good company. In a world filled with distractions, many of us struggle to truly listen to others. While there’s probably not much we can do to get others to listen more actively and empathically, we are in control of our own responses and can learn to listen more deeply to others. In this one-hour offering, participants will learn some important steps for active listening, a path that can lead to stronger more productive relationships.
