Volunteer at the 2012 Greater Philadelphia Sea Perch Challenge

Event Description
The College of Engineering is looking for volunteers to help out at the 2012 Greater Philadelphia Sea Perch Challenge! Over 50 middle and high school underwater robotics teams will compete for first place and a chance to enter the 2012 Sea Perch Nationals Competition.

The competition will take place on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 8:00-4PM at Drexel University’s Daskalakis Athletic Center (3301 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104). Volunteers can sign up to volunteer for either the morning shift (7AM-12PM), afternoon shift (11AM – 4PM), or all day. All volunteers will receive a t-shirt and breakfast/lunch.

Some of the volunteer duties may include:
• Team registration
• Helping teams with dysfunctional robots
• Meet & greet with judges
• Assisting the judges and entertainment (Mario the dragon, etc.)
