Management Development Workshop - Delegation

Event Description
Have you ever caught yourself saying one of the following when considering delegating a task? "It will be faster if I do it myself. I’m not sure this will get done correctly if I don’t do it myself. I really like doing this, so I’ll do it myself." If so, this workshop is for you. Participants will learn more about why, what, when and to whom to delegate.
