Getting the Gun Sellers to Compensate Victims of Violence: A Modest Proposal

Event Description
John Culhane, Professor of Law and Director of the Health Law Institute at Widener University School of Law, will present a proposal for allowing victims of gun violence to recover compensation from firearm dealers.  Culhane has published widely on the topic, including scholarly articles, opinion pieces in the New York Times and articles in Slate magazine.
