All three speakers are involved in current litigation in PA on behalf of marriage equality for LGBT couples. Lenore F. Carpenter, Asst. Professor of Law at Temple University whose scholarship focuses on LGBT rights and on public interest lawyering
David S. Cohen, Assoc. Professor of Law at Drexel University, prior staff attorney and current board member of the Women’s Law Project
Molly Tack-Hooper, Staff Attorney, ACLU of Pennsylvania, focusing on civil liberties issues arising in Central Pennsylvania and on immigrants’ rights
