Event Description
Franz Joseph Haydn is viewed as the "father of the symphonic form," Heitor Villa-Lobos made an impact in the mid-20th century with his Bachiana Brazilieras series incorporating Brazilian music with the compositional style of Bach, and Benjamin Britten's Young Persons Guide to the Orchestra continues to introduce all of the instruments in an orchestra to audiences of all ages. This concert is free and open to the public! |
