Ever wonder how rye whiskey is made?
 
Join the College of Engineering Alumni Association for a behind-the-scenes tour of Mountain Laurel Spirits, LLC, to find out!
 
Founder Herman Mihalich, who spent the early part of his career as a chemical engineer before realizing his dream of opening a distillery, will provide an up-close view of the distillation and aging process, used to create Dad's Hat Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey. Following the tour, guests will enjoy a whiskey tasting and reception.
