The Many Faces of Special Education: Best Practices for Special and General Education Teachers and Parents Collaborating to Meet the Needs of Students with Disabilities
Featured Speaker: Danielle Kovach, CEC 2014 Clarissa Hug Teacher of the Year
This free professional development opportunity, will be available for Drexel students, alumni, faculty and educators in the regional area to attend face-to-face and for educators, worldwide to attend virtually. This presentation will also be recorded and the link offered for later on-demand viewing through websites such as International CEC, state PACEC and Drexel School of Education.

Learning Outcomes: · Participants will be provided with an extraordinary opportunity to engage in a candid conversation with Danielle Kovach, the International CEC 2014 Clarissa Hug Teacher of the Year. · Participants will explore best practices in teaching all students, including those with disabilities. · Participants will identify the skills useful for engaging students in an inclusive school setting.
