In order to aid our Dragons from abroad, International Students and Scholars Services presents the informational workshop "Life After OPT." Hosted by an attorney skilled in immigration issues, this event will help international students gain a better understanding of the necessary details regarding working and living in the United States.

Topics will include:

  • H-1B petition timeline
  • Issues relating to H-1B Cap
  • Understanding the "Cap Gap"
  • Updates on political developments regarding immigration reform
  • How to utilize the "National Interest Waiver"
