Event Description
Drexel Green is hosting a RecycleMania Collection Event on the Queen Lane Campus on Tuesday, March 7, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., outside the main entrance in front of the flag pole. The following items will be accepted for recycling:
Paper
Cell phones
Computer equipment*
Plastic, glass and aluminum containers
All items recycled on campus between Feb. 5 and April 1 will be counted toward the national RecycleMania 2017 competition. Clean out your workspaces and residences, and help Drexel score big!

*It is the responsibility of each department to securely erase computer drives, the drives inside printer/copier/scanner multifunction devices, and USB disks and thumb drives before disposing of or donating them. Use DBAN, a program that Drexel IT (consult@drexel.edu) can provide, to perform the secure erase. If a computer is being donated, the department may reformat its drives (after the secure erase process is complete) and may install the original version of Windows or macOS that came with the computer when Drexel purchased it. |
