Autism Insurance in Schools: the Landmark Case Burke v IBC

Event Description
This panel discussion and CLE will explore the landmark Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision that solidified insurance coverage for autism services for students in Pennsylvania. Panelists will include:
  • John Burke, plaintiff and father of a student who had been denied services
  • David Gates, lead attorney
  • Dennis M. O'Brien, former speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives
  • Nina Wall, director of the Pennsylvania Bureau of Autism Services
