Meditation doesn’t always have to be serious! Learn how to use your breath in a fun and playful way to connect and communicate with your inner guidance. Come in person or join on Zoom. Facilitated by MeditationButterfly.
*Participants in our Wellness Incentive Program are eligible to earn 15 points (a $15 credit) for attending this event. For those joining virtually, your name must appear in the participants box in Zoom (you must be signed in) in order to receive wellness credit. Wellness points will appear in your Health Advocate profile in six weeks.
