Strategies and Secrets: Jury Selection in Federal and State Courts

Event Description

Simulating the voir dire process, this CLE program will provide insights on how to recognize a good juror, what questions to ask potential jurors and what to expect from judges and opposing counsel.

This program will be led by Caren Litvin, attorney at law, Andrew J. Stern, partner at Kline & Specter, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy R. Rice.

2 CLE credits and a light reception following the program are included in the registration fee.
