Event Description Learn simple techniques to relieve wrist, shoulder, and neck pain, strengthen your core and ease lower back stiffness while overcoming midday fatigue. No special attire required, but tight clothing may limit your ability to participate. This hands-on workshop will be offered in 4 parts. Each week will cover a different theme.
