Event Description

The Performance Management workshop is designed to help prepare supervisors and their staff for the upcoming six-month performance evaluation period. The sessions will provide new and current staff and supervisors with the tools and resources needed to complete performance evaluations during the current cycle. These important and valuable sessions include information on Drexel’s Performance Management Process, documentation of performance, and guidance on how to evaluate performance against goals and competencies.
