Event Description

"Targeting a Sympathetic Defendant at Trial: Lessons Learned from the Market Street Building Collapse Case" is a 2-credit CLE that will be led by Kline & Specter Partner Andy Stern.

The program will offer insights resulting from the $227 million settlement Stern and other plaintiffs' attorneys reached on behalf of victims of the 2013 collapse of the Salvation Army building.  The agreement, announced on February 8, 2017, was the largest personal injury settlement in Pennsylvania history.

The Civil Litigation Society is co-sponsoring the program.
