Employee Engagement Surveys in 2020 and Beyond
Start Date: 3/3/2020Start Time: 7:00 PM
End Date: 3/3/2020End Time: 8:00 PM
Event Description
One of the top challenges for every organization is attracting and keeping top talent. Because of this, we see a shift in the market where the focus is on not just hiring great people – but developing, engaging, and retaining them too. Recent advances in measuring employee engagement have been made which has led to the development and validation of several branded and competing definitions of engagement, survey instruments, and SaaS-based tools by consulting firms, research consortia, and think tanks. However, little is being done to model and identify the factors and variables that drive employee engagement by various talent segments.

In this 60-minute webinar, Dr. Salvatore Falletta, Clinical Professor and Program Leader for Drexel University’s Human Resource Development Programs (MS in HRD Program and EdD-HRD Program) will discuss:
  • How employee engagement and organizational surveys have evolved overtime
  • An innovative and model-driven approach to organizational surveys that measures employee engagement and more
  • How to avoid a ‘one-sized-fits-all’ approach in moving the needle on employee engagement
  • The most common myths, misconceptions, and madness in the marketplace
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
  • Leaders looking for ways to measure and improve employee engagement in their organization
  • HR, talent management, learning and development, and organization development professionals responsible for employee engagement and employee experience
  • Anyone new to the field who is interested in learning more about employee engagement, workforce surveys, and the role HRD plays in improving engagement
