Women in Leadership Workshop: Negotiating Your Salary

Event Description

46% of men negotiate salary compared to only 30% of women, 55% of whom feel apprehensive about it. If you are frustrated by the wage gap and want to make sure you get the best start you can, then join Alpha Omega Epsilon to learn about salary negotiation for women and other new job tips and tricks. Nicole Dalberto from SCDC and Patricia Gallagher from the Environmental Engineering department will facilitate discussion around this crucial topic as well as lead hands on activities to hone your newly learned skills.  

This workshop is part of Women's Herstory Month and is CEO LEAD Certified.
