DASP Peer Mentor Training Session

Event Description
The Drexel Autism Support Program (DASP), which offers individual peer mentoring to Drexel students with autism spectrum disorders, is currently seeking Drexel students of all ages and majors to become volunteer mentors.
Anyone interested in this excellent opportunity must be able to commit to the following:
 
• Attend three two-hour training sessions hosted by program director Dr. Felicia Hurewitz
 
• Be available to meet with your peer at least 1-5 hours per week.
 
• Attend mandatory biweekly supervision meetings to check in with DASP Trainers Mentors are required to attend all three training sessions. The first will be on March 5 from 3-5 pm, the second  on March 12 from 4-6 pm, and the third on March 16 from Noon-2 pm.
