In partnership with CAB, CEO LEAD presents: Hunger Games: Catching Fire!
The film begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever. Movie snacks will be provided! Immediately following the screening, students are encouraged to stick around and participate in an engaging, leadership-focused discussion! All discussion participants will be entered into a raffle to win a Blu-Ray/DVD copy of the movie! For more information, email LeadershipAssistant@drexel.edu.
The REEL Leadership Movie Series is a CEO LEAD Certified monthly series of screenings and discussions centered around drawing themes of leadership out of cinema, developing an understanding for those themes, and helping the Drexel community integrate leadership qualities into their lives. All discussion participants will receive (1) CEO LEAD credit towards certification.
