Event Description
This hour-long event will feature two mini-workshops in one. The first 30-minutes will feature a Q&A about the 2018 Wellness Incentive Program for Faculty and Professional Staff. Come with questions, and learn how you can earn $400 back towards the cost of your health insurance!
The second thirty minutes will feature a variety of stress management and meditation techniques that you can implement throughout your busy day to destress and take care of yourself. Both parts of this session will be led by Monica Fauble, HR’s Wellness Administrator. For more information, please contact Monica: mfauble@drexel.edu. Registration is required in Career Pathway to attend. *Participants in our 2018 Wellness Incentive Program are eligible to earn (10 points ($10 credit) for attending this event in-person. In-person attendants must sign-in to receive credit. You must register for the 2018 program AND complete your PHP before you will be eligible to receive any payouts. Points for attending these events will be sent to Health Advocate on a monthly basis for the prior month’s activities. There will be a delay in these points and payouts being distributed.
