Whether you are an entrepreneur launching a new business or have been at it for years and are successful or not fully satisfied, creating a realistic, actionable business plan can greatly accelerate your path to success. Don't continue to wing-it because you think you are either too busy or think writing a business plan will be too difficult or time consuming.

Attend this Seminar in Entrepreneurial Excellence and learn what to include in your business plan and what homework to do before you even start one to increase your opportunity for success. You will learn specific proven techniques you can immediately put to use in your business to help you:

• create a plan for your start-up that you can show to potential investors and advisors;
• create or adjust your strategic plan if you own or run an existing business - even if it's already mature;
• perform the proper market research needed to set you on the path to success;
• establish goals and track your results; and • most importantly, lower your chance of failure and increase your chance or strong success.

Adam Moskow is a successful, serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience. He has helped turn around companies--landing them (four times) on the Philly 100 list for growth and successfully sold two of them. He formed Pivotal Business Solutions (PBS) in 1999. PBS is a boutique firm that provides Business and Strategic Planning, Recruiting and Operations consulting to small to mid-size businesses and start-ups primarily in the Tech & Interactive Media and Professional Service industries. Pivotal Business Solutions helps companies with growing pains “pivot” to a successful launch, the hiring of key talent, or strong profit growth.

Moskow is a Certified Management Consultant and Certified Role-Based Assessment Consultant. He has spoken to the GPSEG Sales & Marketing Subgroup, the American Society of Trainers & Developers, the Philadelphia Center, the Mid-Atlantic Consultants' Network, the American Society of Inventors, Comcast Money Matters, the Institute of Management Consultants, the Whitpain Business Club and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. He is a Wharton graduate and teaches venture planning at the Wharton SBDC.
