Corinne Trang, notable cookbook author and Drexel alumna, and Eric
Asimov, New York Times wine writer and author, will conduct a guided
discussion and tasting on the art of pairing wine and food. The night
will focus on the art of wine pairing with a selection of five wines by
Eric and a food pairing conducted with Corinne and Drexel culinary arts
students, concluding with a book signing by Corinne and Eric and a
cocktail reception.
