The Drexel Spring Event Series sponsored by Chefs’ Warehouse and Tilit Chef Goods presents...

Corinne Trang, notable cookbook author and Drexel alumna, and Eric Asimov, New York Times wine writer and author, will conduct a guided discussion and tasting on the art of pairing wine and food.  The night will focus on the art of wine pairing with a selection of five wines by Eric and a food pairing conducted with Corinne and Drexel culinary arts students, concluding with a book signing by Corinne and Eric and a cocktail reception. 

Must be 21  

Cost: $55 per person
(books can be purchased at the door)
