Drexel’s Center for Hospitality and Sport Management join forces with
Di Bruno Bros. for a Cheese Seminar to fund culinary scholarships at
Drexel. This event will feature a cheese lecture by
author/scientist/Drexel Alum Michael Tunick (“The Science of Cheese”), a
cheese demonstration by Sue Miller (Birchrun Hills Cheese), and then a
cheese and beverage discussion and tasting with Emilio Mignucci of Di
Bruno, Jason Malumed of Chalkboard Wine and Spirits, and Gene Muller of Flying Fish Brewery, with art work displayed by Mike Geno.
Cost: $55 per person
