The Kline School of Law's Entrepreneurial Law Clinic will present a free workshop that will teach entrepreneurs when and how their startup companies should grant equity compensation to employees, consultants and advisors.

 

Students will lead the workshop, accompanied by expert attorneys: Chris Miller of Pepper Hamilton and Steven Poulathas of Flaster Greenberg.

 

A networking reception will follow the workshop.
