Event Description This workshop is intended for Drexel professional staff and those who supervise Drexel professional staff.
This workshop focuses on the Performance Management process- from the Planning phase through the Assessment and Review phases. It will include a discussion around creation of strategic, results-based goals, tracking and documentation of performance, and how to evaluate performance against goals (including tips for differentiation of performance.) Intended for both managers and individual contributors, this session will also include how to assess performance against the newly revised competencies which now includes Drexel’s Shared Values. Activities will include using a Goal Planner to create results-based goals as well as an opportunity to review and apply the current Rating Scale for each section of an evaluation.

1. Log in and click on the Employee tab. 2. Click on the Career Pathway Link under the Development & Certifications Header 3. Go to the Learning tab and click on "Events Calendar" from the drop down menu 4. Click on the session name.
