Presented by Drexel University’s West Indian Student Establishment (WISE) in celebration of Women's History Month, this workshop is meant for females, trans-gendered females, non-binary/non-gender conforming persons, and persons who go by she/her pronouns.

Join WISE and the workshop instructor in a safe, non-judgmental space to participate in exercises and activities that will help build self-awareness skills. Topics will include:

• Practicing self-love, self-care, and self-awareness
• Personal and professional goal setting
• Women empowerment
• Managing stress, anxiety, and doubt
