Wednesday, April 10 to May 22, 2019, from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. for a
mindful movement class. This class will give a variety of gentle movement
techniques that promote relaxation and stress relief. Discover what type of
movement speaks to you and learn how to calm the body and mind. For more
