The Science Carnival at Penn’s Landing is a free all-day, all ages event which concludes the 2016 Philadelphia Science Festival on April 30. Taking place this year at the vibrant Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing,the Carnival features more than 175 exhibitors and vendors offering non-
