Speaker: Vinay Malik Esq. has extensive experience in technology, business and legal sectors. This has given him the knowledge & expertise needed to work with law firms and other small, mid-size and fortune 500 companies that need both legal and technical expertise to obtain and monetize their Intellectual Property. He represents clients in a broad range of technologies including but not limited to: telecommunication technologies; computer software and architecture; smart grid technologies; biometric identification/verification technologies; semiconductor technologies; and Internet technologies. Mr. Malik currently advises companies regarding their IP strategy and helps them protect their IP assets by drafting, filing, and prosecuting their patent applications.
