Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss the various clinical presentations of patients with MCA aneurysms
  • Discuss the various treatment options for MCA aneurysms
  • Discuss improving patient safety by early recognition of patients with a ruptured aneurysm
  • Discuss how communication among physicians can be improved by the way cases are presented to staff and health care personnel
  • Discuss how communication between patient and physicians can be improved by affording them the appropriate data/information for making informed decisions
