Event Description
This workshop is intended primarily for professional staff.
The class will provide the tools and techniques necessary to help navigate through the process of change and transition. The session will focus on ways employees can actively engage in the change/transition process by exploring the three stages of transition, and developing strategies for coping with and managing the impact of change.
