SJW- THE GARDEN JUSTICE LEAGUE Interfaith Service Day

Event Description
Join Hillel, MSA and others for an afternoon of service! We'll learn about the community gardening movement in Philadelphia, why it is important, and then work with the Public Interest Law Center and Repair the World to survey garden plots around the city to gather essential data to help grow the urban gardening movement and ensure the future of a healthier Philadelphia. KOSHER/HALAL DINNER WILL BE SERVED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT:

MEET AT PAUL PECK ACADEMIC, 3rd Floor
1:03 - Dhur Prayers
1:15 - Welcome and Pre-Service Training
2:30 - Depart for Service
5:00 - Return from Service (Assur prayers upon return)
5:20pm - Dinner and Closing Reflection
