Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law and Third Party Records: How Private Records Become Public

Event Description
This 1.5-credit CLE will guide attorneys through the Right-to-Know Law and its application to records of private third parties.  It will demonstrate the basic process of the RTKL, how the RTKL implicates third-party records and the appeals process.  The presenters will include:
 
  • Mark Seiberling of Kleinbard LLC
  • Joshua Voss of Kleinbard LLC and a Kline School of Law alumnus, '09
Registration and a light dinner will begin at 5:30. The program begins promptly at 6 pm.
