Event Description Internet use – an integral part of life in the modern world. From communicating via email and instant message to traveling, banking and shopping, nearly every aspect of our life revolves around the cyber world. Because the Internet is so widely used, protecting vital information in the cyber world is not only our responsibility, but also a necessity to preserve our financial, healthcare and critical infrastructures. Drexel University along with the Graduate Student Association and Drexel NMIA presents its first ever conference on Cybersecurity. The conference will host a series of workshops, speaker lectures and panel discussions with some of the top security professionals in the Greater Philadelphia area. Our conference intends to cater to both the trained and the untrained in the security space.
