Event Description
Drexel University School of Education and the Drexel Chapter of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education are proud to welcome School District of Philadelphia Superintendent Dr. William Hite and representatives from the School District of Philadelphia for a panel discussion with Drexel students who are pursuing careers in schools.
 
At the event, teacher candidates will have a chance to share their experiences in local classrooms and hear advice from career educators and administrators.
 
Speakers include:
  • Dr. William Hite, Superintendent of the School District of Philadelphia
  • Louis Bellardine, Chief Talent Officer, School District of Philadelphia
  • Shawn Bird, Chief Schools Officer, School District of Philadelphia
  • Terri Rita, Deputy Chief Talent Officer, School District of Philadelphia
Light refreshments will be served starting at 4:00 pm.
