Arcobaleno’s Pasta Extruders are the secret behind many of the great
pastas in Philadelphia. In recognition of their support to fund the
Arcobaleno Pasta Lab at Drexel University, some of Philadelphia’s top
chefs will be working with Drexel students to produce an all-star pasta
dinner featuring wine by Fred Magnotta. The evening will begin with a wine portfolio tasting by Fred Magnotta LLC followed by a plated pasta dinner
featuring creations from Townsend, Osteria, Sbraga, Le Virtu,
Kensington Quarters, and Capofitto.
Cost: $75 per person
