Event Description
Come join A Healthier U Program Coordinator and Licensed Acupuncture Monica Fauble for a discussion and Q&A about anything you’ve ever wanted to know about acupuncture or the 2,500 year old system of Chinese Medicine. Don’t know ANYTHING about acupuncture? That’s great. Come find out.
This brief introduction to acupuncture will cover basic information including theories of how acupuncture works, licensing requirements, what conditions acupuncture treats best, as well as how Monica has used acupuncture to enhance her health and well-being. Time will be allotted for questions and discussion.
Monica Fauble, MA, M.Ac., L.Ac., Dipl. Ac., is passionate about health and wellbeing. A long time “user” of acupuncture (10 years) and a more recent acupuncturist herself (18 months!), Monica enjoys helping women struggling with ongoing health issues who feel like their health is holding them back. In her role as Program Coordinator of University Wellness Monica enjoys integrating emotional wellness content into the physical and financial health offerings at Drexel University.
