It's Not the Patient's Fault: Comparative Negligence Claims at Trial

Event Description
This 2-credit CLE will explore techniques for handling challenging claims of comparative negligence in medical malpractice cases where the defense seeks to blame the plaintiff patient for a poor outcome, a frequent scenario.
 
The program will be led by Kline & Specter Partner Andy Stern, among the most accomplished trial lawyers in the Philadelphia area. 
 
A reception will follow the program, which is sponsored by the Civil Litigation Society and the Health Law Society.
