Event Description

​Who owns intellectual property created at a hackathon or startup weekend? What rights do team members collaborating on a potential startup have before any legal documents are drawn up? A presentation on ways to avoid future conflict.

Featuring an expert panel including startup lawyers Lou Rappaport of Blank Rome and Fred Wilf of Wilftek LLC, and Rick Nucci, Dell Boomi founder and PSL president.
